Our Current Tart Shell Range

Using Irish dairy, Irish free range eggs, Irish recyclable packaging, with all the ingredients sourced from Irish suppliers. The product is a buttery short crust pastry shell, lightly coated in compound chocolate to keep the product crisp once filled. Vac packed for added freshness with a shelf life ambient of 9 months.

Sweet Plain Tart Shell

  • Sweet plain tart shells are made from 100% Irish butter and Irish pasteurised free-range eggs creating a premium product of taste and texture. Each tart is coated with an ivory compound chocolate to act as a barrier to moisture ensuring lasting freshness.

    Individual tarts are 78mm x 22mm and are vacuum packed in sleeves of 12 with 5 sleeves per case or 60 units.

Sweet Chocolate Tart Shell

  • Sweet chocolate tart shells are made from 100% Irish butter, Irish pasteurised free-range eggs and the finest cacao powder creating a premium product of taste and texture. Each tart is coated with an intense dark compound chocolate to act as a barrier to moisture ensuring lasting freshness.

    Individual tarts are 78mm x 22mm and are vacuum packed in sleeves of 12 with 5 sleeves per case or 60 units.

To ensure consistency and future proofing of the tart shell range, we have made significant investments into recipe formation, tart shape design and production methodology.

Maintaining traditional artisan recipes and ingredients, combined with investment in semi-automated production equipment allows us to scale production.

Semi-automation ensures that there is consistency of the thickness of the tart base and walls resulting in a more premium finish.

We like to call this ‘Autosan’ as we look to automate artisan.
